Dental Bridges

Put simply, a dental bridge is an appliance that can replace one to four adjacent teeth. It usually consists of two crowns fused to either side of a pontic (i.e., a replacement tooth). By relying on nearby natural teeth or “abutments,” the device can anchor itself and “bridge” the gap in your smile. Do note, though, that it requires Dr. Kingsberg to remove some enamel from the abutment teeth. Only then can we ensure the bridge fits properly and blends seamlessly with your other teeth.

Dentures & Partials

If you suffer from extensive tooth loss, you will benefit from full or partial dentures. The full type is made to replace an entire arch of teeth at once. In contrast, a partial denture can only replace a few teeth on opposing sides of your mouth. Both models are custom-made and designed to fit your mouth exactly. Due to this fact, you should adjust to wearing them within a few weeks of placement.

Dental Implants

If you want the most secure tooth replacement option out there today, dental implants have proven to be extremely effective at replacing missing teeth and the functions you had prior to your tooth loss. After you visit an oral surgeon offsite to have the implant placed, you’ll come back to our office to have it restored with an all-porcelain restoration. Dental implants can be designed to fit with single crowns, bridges, and even dentures!
